QuEra Computing Harvard–MIT rubidium atom array: Two-qubit gate fidelity

99.54% %

As stated in the source: “FCZ = 99.54(2)% (time-optimal CZ, 20 atoms / 10 gate sites in parallel)”

Uncertainty: 99.52 to 99.56 (Stated as 99.54(2)%; paper says error bars are 68% confidence intervals).

Caveats

Research system, not a commercial QuEra product. Benchmarking uses only global rotations, which the authors note makes it less sensitive to some error types. Gate fidelity, not a whole-system benchmark.

Set-up
CZ gates on 10 pairs (20 atoms) in parallel, up to 20 CZ gates with random global single-qubit rotations. Same gate on 60 atoms in parallel gave 99.48(2)%; smooth-amplitude gate 99.55(3)%; Bell-state method 99.52(4)%.
Method
Global randomized benchmarking (random global single-qubit rotations between CZ gates); cross-checked by repeated-CZ Bell-state method
